We, Tinylogics Ltd, (herein referred to as “Tinylogics”, "we" or "us"), provide our services to our users and visitors ("you" or "your") with our health management device (“Memo Box” or the “Device”), health management mobile device application (“Memo Health” or the "App") and related website (including the mobile-optimized versions of such website, the "Site"). The Device, the App and the Site are referred to together as the "Services" or “Service offerings”.

This Privacy Policy sets forth our policy with respect to information including personally identifiable data ("Personal Data") and other information that is collected from users and visitors to the Site and Services. Our Privacy Policy applies to both our online and offline customers. This policy also applies to both our existing and former customers. In addition, this policy applies to each individual who visits our Sites or otherwise provides us with Personal Information, even if such individual does not buy our products or services. If you do not agree to be bound by and comply with all of the terms of this Privacy Policy Statement, DO NOT use our Services. 

Information We Collect

Information you actively provide: When you download our App, register for an account, connect your Device to your account, use our Service or send us requests, we may ask you to provide your username, first name, last name, email address, postal addresses, account name, password, photo, medication and family’s information and payment details for in-app purchases and transfers.

Information you automatically provide: When you use or sync your Device, it automatically transmits activity and physical information to us including, but not limited to, detailed medication adherence-related data. This data is translated into information such as your or your family member’s medication adherence progress. This data can also provide information on certain conditions you may have. Your Device and App may also transmit precise location data.

When you use our apps you transfer information about your device, including your device type, manufacturer, model, and operating system; your device ID; and the version of your app. You also transmit information about how you use the app and interact with the pages and features, and a time-stamped log of data exchanges.

We also use the Google AdWords and Facebook remarketing service to advertise on third party websites to previous visitors to our site. Third party vendors, including Google, show our ads on sites on the internet.Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website. Third-party vendors use cookies and similar technologies to collect or receive information from the website and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads based on someone’s past visits to the website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy, Google’s privacy policy and Facebook's privacy policy.

Combinations: We may combine information we receive through the Service with information we receive about you from other sources, for example, via our websites, requests you may send us, or promotional campaigns.

If you reside in the European Union, you have the right under the General Data Protection Regulation to request from Tinylogics access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data, data portability, restriction of processing of your personal data, the right to object to processing of your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For more information about these rights, please visit the European Commission’s “My Rights” page relating to GDPR, which can be displayed in a number of languages. If you reside outside of the European Union, you may have similar rights under your local laws.  
To request access to or rectification, portability or erasure of your personal data, or to delete your Memo Box account, email team@tinylogics.com. You can also request, through the same process, the deletion of your individual user data from any third party apps that may be connected to our services.

 

Use of information

We use your information to provide and improve our mobile sites, information, products and services; create statistics to promote our services and products; personalize your experience and customize content, marketing, and recommendations; respond to requests that you make, provide you with customer service, general informative announcements, and to send you promotional information about us or our products, or to aid us in serving you better; and protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.

Sharing of Information

Without your consent or request, we do not rent, sell or otherwise share your individual personal information with third parties, except as follows:

We use affiliated and unaffiliated service providers all over the world that help us deliver our service and run our business subject to confidentiality agreements. For example, we use third party data analytics platforms to help us understand, among other things, server load and app behavior.

We may share aggregated usage statistics that cannot be used to identify you personally with our affiliates, agents and business partners. In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Services, we also often conducts research on its customer demographics, interests and behavior based on the personal data and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective affiliates, agents and business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.

We may collect and use your location information (for example, by using the GPS on your mobile device) to provide certain functionality of our Service. We may also use your location information as our aggregated usage statistics

We may share your personal information for the purposes of a business deal (or negotiation of a business deal) involving sale or transfer of all or a part of our business or assets. These deals can include a merger, financing, acquisition, or bankruptcy transaction or proceeding.

We may disclose your personal information to (a) comply with relevant laws, regulatory requirements and to respond to lawful requests, court orders, and legal process; (b) to protect and defend the rights or property of us or third parties, including enforcing agreements, policies, and terms of use; (c) in an emergency, including to protect the safety of our employees or any person, or (d) in connection with investigating and preventing fraud.

We may allow third party service providers to use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activities over time and across different websites following your use of the Services.

Choices about Your Information

You can opt-out of promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive, or by contacting us directly (please see contact information below). If you opt-out, we may still send you non-marketing e-mails including e-mails about your accounts and our business dealings with you.

You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Preferences page, and if you want to you can
opt out of interest-based advertising entirely by cookie settings or permanently using a browser plugin. For Facebook, you can opt out in your ad settings.

In addition, you can request the deletion of your individual user data from our system by emailing team@tinylogics.com. You can also request, through the same process, the deletion of your individual user data from any third party apps that may be connected to our services.

Any of your data that has been aggregated into anonymized system usage statistics will remain on our system. It is not possible to extract any individually identifiable information from this data.

Security of Your Information

We apply organizational and technical measures to ensure access to your information is limited to persons with a need to know. Even though we have taken steps to protect your personal information, you should know that neither we, nor any company, can fully eliminate security risks.

Changes to Privacy Policy

The Services and our business may change from time to time. As a result, at times it may be necessary for us to make changes to this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically, and especially before you provide any Personal Data. This Privacy Policy was last updated on the date indicated above. Your continued use of the Services after any changes or revisions to this Privacy Policy shall indicate your agreement with the terms of such revised Privacy Policy.
